Have all the food options. Tables to eat and separate drivers lounge. Also has a subway and other food. Only complaint is that the showers always seem to take a long time. Last night was double digit people in line so I wait for morning. Now it’s 6 people in line and seems like it counts down every 10 minutes

Dear Pilot Management, I’d like to share a concern about how the showers are being cleaned at this location. Instead of cleaning each shower as soon as it becomes available, the staff waits until all of the shower rooms are empty and then cleans them all at once. This creates unnecessary delays for truck drivers. I’ve already been waiting for over an hour and ten minutes, and there is still a long line behind me. This could easily be avoided if the showers were cleaned one at a time as they became available. Please look into this and consider changing this process. It would save truck drivers a lot of time, reduce unnecessary waiting, and make the experience much better. Thank you

Went in for a shower. There were four showers ready to be cleaned and I was the fourth person in line to get a shower. My coworker and I were there for 30-40 minutes waiting and the line hadn’t went down any. So I go up from and ask how much longer it was going to be. I was told they were in the middle of shift change. I asked so it takes an hour to do a shift change because that is how long everyone has been waiting. They said we will get them going asap. So shortly there after my worker gets his shower and I’m thinking awesome in 5 minutes or so I’ll have mine. Another 35 minutes go by. I walked back there to the showers and there is 5 showers open and waiting to be cleaned. I go back up front and ask them why is it taking over 1 hour for a showers to be cleaned and explained that I should’ve been in my shower by. They said they were cleaning them and I explained I just walked back there and no one was back there cleaning anything and us drivers don’t have all day to wait for a shower. They apologized and moved on. Shortly after that a guy was standing at deli waiting for service while the two ladies were just talking in corner and not attending to anyone. He had to ask them to

June-14 9:49am, coffee station isn’t stocked and it’s dirty. None of the creamers had French vanilla and one of em even had a yesterday sticker on it. When I went in, it wasn’t even busy, just employees not doing their job I believe. Hope to see this place cleaned up

The parking lot was fairly good sized , with grass areas for pets to stretch their legs a little. The store was well stocked and clean. The showers were designed well, clean and well maintained. The water pressure was good and thankfully, they did not have soft water, which leaves skin with that 'washed with a slug' kind of feeling. I love that theyare next to an actual Starbucks too!
